About Me
Hello! I'm so glad you're here checking out my website. Originally, I hale from Idaho and have very fond memories of my years growing up there. But these days, I call Colorado home.

I formed a love of reading at an early age, finding fascination in books about all sorts of scary things like ghosts, cemeteries, vampires, and reincarnation (my mother worried quite a lot about all that strange interest, but I turned out just fine). :) That love of reading continued into adulthood, although my interests shifted a bit to romance fiction. Then came time travel and history and suspense along with family sagas and lords and ladies and rakes alike . . . oh my!

After a good 20 plus years of all this exposure to new worlds and people, I decided I wanted to write a story. As it happened, my first attempt had almost none of the elements of intrigue mentioned above. So I wrote another and, lo and behold, nearly all the elements came together into one to form Inheriting Fate.

I love summertime and sitting out on the front porch writing as the sun comes up. I also love to travel, though I don't get to do it as often as I'd like--at least not yet. My other interests include gardening (fruits and vegetables), cooking, and golfing. I am a fan of a good television series too, and though I know it's a bit weird, I even keep a spreadsheet to track all the great shows I watch or have watched. I wouldn't want to forget any!

My husband and I have two grown children, whom we adore tremendously, and our world wouldn't be complete without our two adorably perfect grandchildren.
